Is anyone familiar with this Native American? print

Just picked up this print from a thrift store. Really caught my eye and thought it would look great in my living room. It looks to me to be Native American themed. I was just curious if anyone has any insight to the artist or any knowledge of the painting itself? All I can make from the signature is a date of 1983. The signature is very long and difficult to read (to me). Any information would be great! Thanks all.
