Is it a fake or not?

Hello, everyone! Is this a fake or not? I can not find any marks similar to this one. First of all it has one rectangular line instead of usual two and I am concerned about a letter "A" mark. Never seen these on a Wanli porcelain. Thus characters say it is a Wanli piece. My other thought is, maybe it is a japanese porcelain made for a China market? What do you think?

 

It looks relatively modern, probably last quarter of the 20th century. The base, decoration and mark are way off from an original.

you would expect to see crazing if it’s old. I don’t see any in that picture, unless it’s just the photo

 

Although that is commonly correct early Chinese porcelain often isn't crazed, chips, stress cracks, rough edges are usual, but crazing not so much. If you have a look at Wanli porcelain you will find most of it is craze free.
