The first one says in dutch: family scene in front of a hut/hovel.
There was a Charles Venneman, but the dates do not match.
It is in his style though....hard to tell if it is a repro, it is so yellow...
second: Auguste Musin, dates are correct.

 

Top one looks to be covered in nicotine residue

 

Third one looks real, she can no longer confirm it herself though, Annie van de Boel(born in 1925) passed away in 2011. She painted a lot of flowers in this style.
All three are Belgian, how did you get these?

I found her obituary and that there was an exhibition of her work in 2014, some images of other paintings but other than that nothing really.
