The first one says in dutch: family scene in front of a hut/hovel.
There was a Charles Venneman, but the dates do not match.
It is in his style though....hard to tell if it is a repro, it is so yellow...
second: Auguste Musin, dates are correct.

Top one looks to be covered in nicotine residue :vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit: :nurse:

Third one looks real, she can no longer confirm it herself though, Annie van de Boel(born in 1925) passed away in 2011. She painted a lot of flowers in this style.
All three are Belgian, how did you get these?

Yes, one friend offers to buy. The third picture is similar to the original?
The third one I can buy for 10-15 dollars. Is this picture worth this money?

And about the last picture, what do you think? She, too, seems to be real.
There is a signature, but it is spoiled (and in the photo that I have, it can be seen very weakly)

The size of the picture is not specified. The seller writes that it is supposedly the end of the 19th century.

A painting without a stretcher on the carved canvas.

92270127.01_x_converted__1.jpg.png I found her obituary and that there was an exhibition of her work in 2014, some images of other paintings but other than that nothing really.
