Is There a Pattern Name for this Booths' Platter?

Huge (22" x 15") welled meat platter by Booths'. White with a cobalt blue and gold trim. I've searched through Replacements for a pattern name but came up empty, and a google image search didn't pan out, either. Long shot, I know, but maybe someone here knows.
    Thanks so much!

It is likely the 4061 is the pattern number, most items from this period did not have a pattern name, most were just numbers.
