Is there anyone who can help to ID whether they are silver plated?

This is the back of a spoon. I guess it is silver plated?

    It reads "E&CO"

Several American spoons, I guess they are all silver plated? Thanks

All plated. The knife and the first spoon are English (the spoon likely Elkington.)

It's a fish knife, most likely a celluloid handle. The bolster may be sterling, look around the edge for another mark. The blade is silver plate as Bakers' has identified.
