Is this 19th or 20th Century Majolica

    Looking for your input. its a inkwell with a painted Cherub on the front side. It has a soft white paste with a unglazed foot rim.
    7 3/4"W x 6 1/4" L x 3" H

    Thanks for your replies the writing is nothing, its permanent marker. Bought it at a thrift store some weeks ago.
