IS THIS A FOLK ART PAINTING?

I found this at a local thrift store, and even (or because of?) with the small heads & long bodies I like it!
Would I call this folk art when listing it?
Unfortunately it is not signed anywhere.

Yours is an (very) amateur copy of a famous painting by Manet entitled 'Olympia' (and, as such, wouldn't be considered folk art.)

I think its very charming!

 

There's something quite Escheresque going on with the left arm/hand.

 

Touch of individuality in the repositioning of the cat.

 

Someone set out with great confidence, despite his/her (artistic) limitations.
