Is this a Henri Rischmann Silver cast?

    Does anyone know about The sculptor Henri Rischmann.
    He did some silver casts? i did find a little duckling so maybe
    this is another of his? He is 2 1/2" tall.
    The sig is conjoined H and R that i have not seen on one of the pieces i have seen so far.
