Is this a Lourdes Gomez painting?

I found this at a thrift store today & liked it immediately - the flowers are thicker than they look in photo & have a almost 3D effect.
When I looked at the back I saw a card that said it was by Lourdes Gomez & looking her up I saw prices from $500 - $2,000+ and she has sold on invaluable & in galleries so she is known.
2 things - I see her listed as a Mexican artist & a Cuban artist (now living in here in Miami) - which is she?
Also the signature did not look like the one I looked at on one of her paintings that was for sale on Invaluable - is that her signature? (The card says it is acrylic & sand and there is definitely a sand like texture to the matting (see last photo) so that is making me think it may be by her?

There was a Lourdes Gomez Franca that was Cuban, perhaps that's the confusion.

Flowers are calla lilies (the white ones) and lilies of the valley (the blue ones although in the wild they are usually white as well.)

 

The siggie isn't remotely like the Lourdes Gomez above.

 

The signatures in Debora's link look similar, I think.

 

Think that's a stylized Lourdes. Influence is Diego Rivera.

According to her web site, she creates "sandart" and "Each work of art is skillfully molded with very fine sand from the beaches of Cancun Mexico."
