Featured Is this a tobacco pipe?

    Hi everyone, I wasn’t honestly sure where to post this, so I’ll try here. Picked this up today at a thrift store because I’d never seen one. Does anyone know what it is and what all the little doo-dads/pieces are used for?

    No idea, but it's brass and shagreen. It's been around a few, whatever it is.
