Is this drip vase Belgian, maybe Thulin Faiencerie? Help appreciated

Very geometric. Gloss orange and Matt blue glazed. Only mark is a number on base. Octagonal in shape. I bought with a jug marked Belgium. Any clues to maker and origin appreciated. Thanks.

    Thanks, it’s 31cm/ 12inches tall, 14cm/5.5inches wide and 11cm/4.5inches deep.
    Pretty sure a vase not a canister but can’t be certain.
