Featured Is this handbag interesting ?

    loved the stars on the blue velvet and the price was right -

    Looking closer the ornaments are attached by a double thread that appears to be white-ish but are wrapped in something dark gray/black metallic looking -

    I’m asking if anyone recognizes the design or quality that might point to a time, location, even a maker for this unmarked beauty?
