Is this Heisey's Paneled Cane?

    Happy Friday Everyone! This is another one that has me confused. The quality of the glass and the starred base remind me of Heisey but I can't find enough examples to tell if that's what I have. I'm also confused as to what this piece was used for - maybe a fruit bowl? It stands about 6 7/8" tall, about 7 1/2" across the top, and 4 1/2" across the base. I couldn't find any manufacturer's mark. Thanks for whatever help you can provide. (Sorry about the glare on the pictures!) Don
