Is this lariat necklace Czech?

Good morning all you lovely folks. I hope the New Year is going well for you all.

This necklace is 54 inches with all the beads chain attached. It is in pristine condition and is a lariat. The turquoise color speckled beads are only 4 mm wide so much smaller than then appear in the photos. I would appreciate opinions on where it might have been made. It looks so new so possibly a modern version of an old style. It is really lovely. Thanks for looking.

 

It doesn't read as Old to me, and the metal doesn't look right. Some of the spacers do look like fire-polished beads, but I suspect it's Chinese.

 

It definitely does not look or feel old. So it is likely Chinese doing Czech. That helps a lot. Thank you.
