Hope someone might be able to tell me what the pattern name for this little pot is. Very small at 3 1/4" tall so is it a pot/planter?

With those strappy leaves, I'm thinking lily of the valley - with what you see as pointed ivy leaves as the hanging blossoms.

It could be a windowsill pot, but I don't know whether anyone else would call it that. I searched for McCoy Ivy and saw a few about this size (not the same design, though) that people were calling a planter or a basket.

I personally would not use something without a drainage hole for living plants. Or at least not ones I wanted to stay alive!

Hopefully someone with a McCoy book or three will be along.

I have McCoy Pottery Collectors Reference and Value Guide Book Volume 3 and it is not in there. It seems that even when a flower pot is very small it is called a jardiniere such as this piece unless it has a saucer attached to the bottom then it is a flower pot.

I think Bakersgma is right about it being Lily of the Valley on the sides.

I think I have the same book if it's Nissen & Hanson but I did find what I think might be this little planter in mine, however they don't mention a name. It does give the year of the catalog as 1948 if that helps.

Lily of the valley seems reasonable to me too:).
