    I have no idea. There is one hole in the base, so I don't know if it's there for that purpose or some other purpose.

    Appears to be a reproduction of a Narino culture pottery bowl with bird image, from Colombia.

    Very nice, jolly. I'm with Taupou on Nariño replica or style. Probably made in the Nariño area too, it looks like the same colour clay.
