Is this pottery signed Gladys anything special?

    Same estate sale from this morning
    Miniature pitcher & bowl with gold leaf, Pitcher is 3" tall
    Signed on the bottom Gladys Mayco #1 seminar.

    Mayco #1 Seminar? Something made in a pottery class?

    Mayco makes glazes, bisque, brushes, etc.

    I wonder if it could be Gladys Wax that made all the pinecone motif things?
