    It looks like it sat in/on something with those (3 visible) little stubs showing below the handles......what would it be used for??

    Very nice, Walter. A Spanish find, I presume?
    I think it has quality, bearing in mind it is folk pottery, so more rustic than 'high' pottery.
    What are the dimensions? We do need more pictures, the stubs, the bottom too.
    And I think we need another Walter for expertise.;) @Walter Del Pellegrino can you help please?

    I will ask pictures from the bottom. Yes a Spanish find... you would be surprised what people sell here without even knowing it's history. It's like taking candy from a baby !
