Is this really a Hagen Renaker or something else

    cat question.jpg I found these in a grab back at a thrift store. I tried to research them and I found only one place they showed up and it was identified at a Hagen Renaker. I am just not sure. There are things about these that just don't match up with his other work. What do you thing?

    Are there any markings on the bottom? They don't look much like HR to me either!

    I would say definitely Not Hagen Renaker.
    They look Japanese.
    Can we see a picture of the bottom please.

    Ok, my GUESS for these is that they could be patterned off of something like Avon's
    PINK FLORAL LAYING CAT Potpourri SACHET SCENT HOLDER '78 Avon Ceramarte Brazil (found on ebay) but manufactured in China.

    I believe these cat faces to have been painted in oriental fashion.

    And the faces could also be painted Japanese style, Clutteredcloset could be right that these are from Japan and not China. :cat:

    Definitely not Hagen Renaker.
    Sticking with Japanese porcelain.
