Is this Scheibe-Alsbach Porcelain?

This large trinket or powder box turned up in a mixed auction lot yesterday. It’s 12.5cm diameter and 6.5cm high. It is moulded and hand painted.
The base has an impressed S which has lines radiating from it and there is also a blue crossed lines mark. Also impressed DEP and a shape number.

My best guess is Scheibe Alsbach but I would welcome any suggestions on maker and date.

    Thank you
