Is this USA eared cookie jar McCoy or Robinson Ransbottom?

    Can't make up my mind. Is this cookie jar McCoy or Ransbottom. Simply marked USA on the bottom. Have not been able to find any like it on the web. Looks to be old.
    Any info is much appreciated.
