Islamic/Persian brass vase

    Just picked this up at about scrap value. Persian or Islamic perhaps? It is hand engraved and weighs over 2kg and is really thick guage. Cast by the looks of it. Apparently I just missed out on the cylinder vase in the same shop which has intrigued me.

    Nice, looks to have some age. I'd think Persia (Iran) would be correct.
