Italian Watercolor "San Trovaso Boatyard"...Artist ID Help??

Any help appreciated...It measures 7-1/2" x 11"...On back it says "Cleaned & embellished by ?? In Dec. 1998

Not a clue who painted it.

I wonder what she did to "embellish" it....

 

I'd say the name is Annamaria.

Does the whole thing look like a painting? The "embellished" sounds like it might be a print with touches of paint added.

I remember a couple of years ago when some assistant from the Kincaid studio came to town and people lined up to have their prints embellished with real paint at $800 a pop.

 

The whole image is watercolor...I was thinking it was an older painting,that was damaged & restored

I thought at first glance she meant to say cleaned and matted and framed instead of embellished.

I do not see the picture as being any earlier than the second half of the 20th C.
