So this one intrigues me the most. This set has so much detail and they all have markings on the base or rear.

They're fascinating little pieces, each one approximately 3cm tall.

Any ideas where these might be from or their age?

There is some bluetack stuck to the bottom where they were attached to the wooden base. I will remove this once I've read how to do so safely.

    Thanks in advance.

Immortals? @Any Jewelry can probably put is on the right track.

When all these other pieces are ivory, can't think why the emperor & empress would be resin if all from the same collection.

seriously though, these are the seven lucky gods.

BTW it looks to me that all this Ivory is post WW2 and more than likely from the 1980's or thereabouts when the netsuke craze was on.

They look like ivory to me, and they are netsuke. Netsuke are Japanese toggles, as you can see from the holes in the backs.
And I'm with blooey, they are the Japanese Seven Lucky Gods, a popular subject for netsuke.

If they are ivory and 1980s you need to find out if you can sell them where you are, and to who. What they are worth is what someone will pay, and if you can't sell them, well...

I'm pretty sure they are not allowed to be bought and sold, which is rather annoying. However I'm happy for someone to prove otherwise!

Whether and how you can sell pre-1947 ivory depends on where you are. However, ivory this recent should never be bought or sold.

IMO...all carved by the same artist and the wood is the original display.....
