    Found a brass lamp with " j stone & co ltd.dept.ford.london.s.e." inscribed on the base. Cant find out anything about it. Please help

    Is this the same lamp we heard about a few days ago? Australian poster?
    The supposed maker is just there for effect, the E.C. London postal district was subdivided with numbers up to a century before this lamp was made.

    My puzzle is solved, the same lamp had been posted on the ebay collectables and art board a few days ago and I had seen it there, not here.
