Featured Jackson Pollock style painting signed

    Here is another piece I picked up at my local thrift store, that cashier lady loves me.
    I got it for $1.00.
    The first name part almost looks like Johnny at first but then I see Joha???? And it looks like 2 arrows at the ends going upwards. 012.JPG 014.JPG 015.JPG
    Anybody here have better eyes than me ?

    The first three letters definitely look like JOH to me, the start of the last name (assuming it's the last name) looks like an E or a G or Q to me (maybe even a B). There's a John Button who does abstract work??

    I think MrNate has found the artist. The signature looks very similar and the artist seems to have very different styles of paintings looking at the three featured on invaluable. Only thing that bothers me is that the 12/04, is that the date? It's odd as people don't usually put the day. Might be a series, 12/64 maybe.
