Ah, the film that Liz Taylor claimed woke her up to the injustices suffered by minorities.............and still studied as such today. There was a symposium regarding the racial prejudices portrayed in this film recently and some of the participants were local extras who appeared in the film. I think I had better put my social activism hat back on the shelf....but the meeting about the Vietnam documentary has brought back "old times" when I used to be involved with these things as an academic..........
By the way, I marked the price of this way down. My selling strategy is to move things rather than waiting months for someone willing to pay my price. Sometimes my strategy works.
