It is ~4 3/8" wide, ~3" high, ~5/16" thick on the chamfered edge; weight is ~74 grams. It came to me with a pair of copper *hibachi tongs* that appear much older than this, which shows no use or other soil. I'm guessing at its purpose, of course.
With luck, the seal contains enough information to identify maker an' perhaps even locale...but that may be stretching hope a bit.
Whatever y'all can see an' share here will be gratefully received. Thanks for lookin'!
**I'll post pics of them in Metalware soon.

No idea about this one except to say that the 3 pieces you've posted seem to be nicely made modern pieces.

Japanese Chagama Ceramic Maegawara Kettle Brazier Plate
"This is a vintage Japanese ceramic maegawara plate used inside the brazier for a cast iron chagama kettle. It is a half-moon-shaped unglazed white plate that is placed round side up in front of the fire window on a chagama's brazier to prevent fire, sparks, and ash from coming out and setting fire to tatami flooring. Chagama are used in Japanese tea ceremonies for heating water. This plate is an often forgotten piece of a chagama and brazier set"
