Japanese (?) bowl. -Are these signatures?

    I noticed that beside each butterfly are red squiggles. Are these likely to be signatures or is this transferred on and just overrun the edge?
    Any idea of age of this please?. It’s about 7.5 inches across and it would be great to know if it is modern export or if it deserves looking after!

    I am not a specialist but it seems to me recent Chinese, and I think those are accidental brushstrokes. Lets see what others say.
