Japanese Celadon & Bisque Painted Vase

    I don't think it is old but just never seen one like it. Interior, top and bottom body are glazed in green. The rest is left unglazed and painted. The rocks and the mountains are in relief.
    The base is signed with 大工 which according to google translate as carpenter but that does not help a lot in identifying the maker.
    Any thoughts?

    I'd almost say hobby painter on a blank. It's not very well done.
