Japanese lacquer box teapot warmer

    Can anyone tell me anything about this other than vintage Japanese lacquer box teapot warmer? Or is that basically the gist of it?[​IMG] [​IMG]

    Padded teapot caddy, most of the ones I have seen are padded wicker baskets with area for cups and teapot.
