Japanese Sake Bottle or Vase?

    This stands 7 3/4" tall and is marked on the base. Would it be a vase or sake bottle? With a small opening it would make more sense to be a sake bottle.

    Yes, it is a Sake bottle. Or Tokkuri as the Japanese call them.
    Sorry I couldn't Identify the mark, but it is a beautiful piece.

    Thanks Mikey. Found out it's Tobe ware from the Baizan kiln.
