Can anyone help me with this signature? I think it’s a Japanese woodblock artist 20th century- but I’m having a hard time deciphering because it’s not on a wood block, and I don’t speak Japanese. So my usual methods are not working. Thanks! DE01EB83-5A51-4EC1-8433-43D6A7972A21.jpeg

If it's "not on a woodblock" what is it on in your picture?

What makes you think your watercolour is by a woodblock (ukiyo-e) artist? Do you recognize the style of a certain artist? If so, can't you compare signatures and stamps?
