    Doesn't look like mixed metals, this is an acid etched piece.

    Thanks blooey...That`s why I could not find anything like it,when I searched "mixed metals"...Would this be a single or mass production piece??...Still hoping to find help on markings...

    It would have to be somewhat hand made afaik, the design would be painted on in acid resist (i.e. asphalt) I presume by hand - then the piece immersed in an acid solution to eat away the unmasked areas.
