Japanese spotted floral vase need help

Hi, I cannot find another one like this. I find some with Made In Japan stamped on the bottoms but this one has a Y along with it. I don't know if it has something to do with the maker or if it is a Japanese character. The flowers look to be hand painted, and if so they are fairly well done. And the spots are what is really throwing me off. They have a bit of a crystalline look but that doesn't really fit. Any help or leads or ideas will be appreciated.
