Japanese statsuma vase question

    I picked up this vase today at goodwill for $12 first it was a lamp I removed it, found a clear brittle bag filed with sand had to be inside quite long time for weight. Here's the question is this Taisho or meiji? Has to before WW2 due to the sticker needing second opinion. What if made 1921 or before then got stamp after? Like referring to china stamp but was really made before 1930¿?

    I would guess 1930s up to WWII.
    "Made in" Japan was used after 1921 when import laws for US changed.

    Yes that's what I was thinking just got confused reading all day back and forth. For an example made 18th century but stamped 1920 had me thinking it was made after 1920+ lol. Yeah I just needed a second opinion. Thank you

    I agree with clutteredcloset, this should be early Showa period.
