    Have you asked around your community for someone who can read and translate Japanese? It would be fairly easy around here, as we have a Honda Plant nearby. A lot of the senior managers (as well as newbs passing through) are from Japan. I was thinking the same as Charlie Cheswick. But it does look like a fire. Are you on NexDoor? You could ask there.
