Japanese Woodblock Print Artist

    I purchased a few woodblock prints recently and they have artist names written on the backs of the frames paper on them that I'm not sure about. This one has the name Hokusai but I have seen references to at least 2 other artist names for this woodblock print in my searches. Does anyone know who the artist was for this woodblock print and about how old this woodblock print I have might be? Thanks in advance for any information.
