    Hi there,

A friend came to me with some tapestries made of silk by hand, they are obviously of Asian origin and were acquired by my friend's father during the Vietnam war. 100% Authentic.

Just wanting to know more information about them, where they came from, and what they might be worth. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    The Shinto gateway suggests Japanese.

    Hi,
Need to see the reverse. It will tell a lot about its construction.

Certainly Japanese-themed. The kind of thing a G.I. would bring back from Vietnam.
