    This was an antique store find so i might have paid too much?
    8" x 10 1/2" Colored engraving After Van Dyck.
    The boy is Prince Charles Stuart, later became King Charles II.

    Looking at asking prices online for other Webb mezzos, it doesn't seem unreasonable.

    Looks like it. Webb apparently did each of those children as individual portraits. The smallest, James II, has shown up on these boards more than once in prints.
