Seeing our precious @Any Jewelry just peek an eye on the forums, I can't wait to receive this beauty to show it!

    15cm, nearly 300 grams.

My first search gives it is Balinese...

Yes, it is Balinese, or possibly Lombok Balinese. Lombok was a Balinese colony for some time, and there is still a Balinese cultural minority. With all-silver hilts it is impossible to see the difference, with other hilt materials are easier to spot.
It is not very old, but very beautiful, well done you.:woot::woot::happy::kiss:
It looks like it was never used, many people collect keris hilts as objets d'art (need a translation?:hilarious:), and many are made as such. I also have a few scattered about several rooms.

The general type is called Togogan, which means statue (if I remember correctly, no research skills yet).
Togogan hilts used to be reserved for the aristocracy, and worn with keris sheaths that were also reserved for the aristocracy.
Your Togogan depicts Bayu, the God of the wind and teacher of Hanuman, the monkey general. Bayu is one of the most popular hilts. The nice (and confusing) thing is that he has been given a Javanese hairstyle, with that big curl. Probably to give him a bit more status.:playful:

The fact that the usually inlaid cabochons round the base are executed in silver, makes me think your beauty could have been made in Lombok, but culturally Balinese.
I have one silver Bali hilt, with pink tourmaline cabs (no pic yet:(). That is how Balinese Togogan hilts usually look, usually inlaid with gemstones or coloured glass.
Below is a photo of four of my Bali/Lombok hilts to show what I mean.
The three on the left are from Bali (including a gilt brass Bayu), with inlaid cabs, the one on the right was made a few years ago by a master carver on Lombok. It has a silver hilt cup with the cabs depicted in silver.

How great to get your opinion on my new find!!! Thank you so much for your, as usual, very knowledgeable comment, and sharing your pieces:kiss::kiss::kiss:
Now to search and get some info on Bayu (that will be his name now:)!)
It was described as Indochina or Thailand saber handle:facepalm:
I got it for 112.51€ very happy to have stumbled on him by pure hazard:)

    Of course.:D
    Yay! that's a bargain.:woot:
I couldn't find a similar one for sale, only this Sulawesi silver hilt (Balinese-inspired), which isn't even close to the quality of yours:

    https://www.bali-artshop.de/epages/63684478.sf/en_US/?ObjectPath=/Shops/63684478/Products/HGA32

This is the type of stand that is often used for display. With your skills you can make one yourself, and even kyratise it::happy:

They also have them in painted wood (eg. red and gold), marble with a metal pin, or perspex. There is no real tradition, so you can make anything you like.

    Super!!!!
    I may kyratise one:joyful:
It happen I just did one for a souvenir my hubby brought back from his first step on his hike of the year: crossing France from North East to South West:woot:
It is a “bulot” shell from Dunkerque beach. As he name himself “the snail”, a cute pink one found in my garden complement the composition with a bit of white coral he brought back from New Caledonia.
The base is a battered crucifix, kept to be repurposed:happy: and a hatpin hold the shell.
All is put together with.... putty, gilded with gold marker:hilarious:

I would assume it is filled with another material and not solid silver? Would that be correct? Beautiful find!!

Beautiful composition, another gorgeous piece of kyra art!
The stand itself actually reminds me of another type of keris hilt stand:

    upload_2022-4-25_12-20-59.jpeg

The hilt is from my collection, a small and delicately carved 19th century East Madurese Pulasir hilt (with dragon!), made for a woman's keris. What looks like an eye on the 'head' of the hilt is actually a rose, which stands for hospitality.
You can sacrifice another dilapidated crucifix for your Balinese beauty.:playful:

You're right, it is silver around a resin core. The resin is probably natural resin, from a tree.

Waiting to receive Bayu, he may end on a Lalique stopper (modern plastic for “encre noire”!) as a base :hilarious:

    Bayu just arrived!
    He is a tall boy:woot:
He had some green spots I'm getting rid of, for the moment he stands on a Lalique Encre Noire plastic stopper (has a wood look!), I still has to find an appropriate stick to present him a little higher, and add some weight to the stand:happy:
@Any Jewelry thank you for all your useful insights on him!
He has a hole in one hand, as if he was holding something...

Balinese keris are huge, so they need big hilts.:)
    Looks good.
A mirror, you can see one on my gilt brass Bayu in the photo in post #2, second hilt from the right. Those mirrors are quite loose, so most Bayu hilts have lost their mirror.
My clumsy butterfingers managed to propel the mirror in the photo to parts unknown.:shame: I haven't been able to find it yet.:arghh:
