20B916F7-3C65-4268-A558-C62579641040.jpeg I love it. I have no idea would it specifically made for. But it’s great as a coffee bar. I’d like to know what year it is an exactly what it supposed to be for.

Looks modern to me. The hardware tells the tale.

Use is typical entryway coat rack, glove drawer, etc.

It certainly doesn't appear to be antique or even vintage.

Everybody who’s looked at it says it is? I can’t find it anywhere.

Let's start at the beginning. How did you acquire it and what were you told about it?

Can you post a picture of the back and of the hardware (screws?) that are holding it all together, please?

A recent take on the traditional hall tree. The wrought iron makes it heavy.

If this is modern then why is this not found anywhere in any stores ive looked at. It must be from the 80s. Its not crap board either.

Though 1980 is 40 years ago, we consider this modern. Antiques need to be at least 100 years old. The reason you are not finding any like this is that it is probably out of production but not old enough to be of interest to those that buy antique/vintage furniture.

The screws are a big clue.
