Kensington Jug or large creamer

    I am at a loss. The mark in the bottom of this little jug is quite faded, but it’s the knot with initials inside. There is also and impression what reads:
    ENGLAND
    36

    can anyone help me identify if this is a Kensington jug from 1936? Thanks.
