    Hello everybody!
Could you please help me to recognize time of production of this Italian Ginori set? Besides, please, give me your idea on if it is genuine or not. Thank you!

It says dishwasher and microwave safe...

Here is a clearer image of the back stamp. If you do a lens search it will show that the mark was used by Richard Ginori. It's doubtful that someone would go to the effort of making counterfeits.

It also looks like the image has been copied from Instagram. How strange.

Chinoiserie, I have bought that Ginori set at this vintage store in Saint-Petersburg and posted its picture here, as it is of better quality than mine.

    Agree.
Makes sense. So it is the exact same set, photo taken by the seller you bought it from. Lovely set.
    And welcome, of course.

The internet seems to think that those safe warnings were first applied in the mid-to-late 1980s. You can always contact the manufacturer to identify the pattern and date of manufacture.

And, that photograph appears to have been taken from a catalog.

    Hello Debora,
Thank you so much for your help!
I will try to contact Ginori about that
I am very interested in that. And I had the same guesses - dishwashing machines have become popular in 80s, or so.

This vintage shop is very good at photo shooting their products, really. And here comes my photo from today. Lovely shine on the jugs covers from the sun ✨ upload_2025-7-27_18-29-33.jpeg

Welcome, Irina. I agree that the earliest your set could be is the 1980s as that is when microwave ovens became more common in homes -- at least here in North America.
