Kralik? art glass dish with painted design & brass lid.

I got this Friday night as part of a shelf lot at the auction. The texture of the glass is akin to satin glass & the applied brass edge made me think it might be something fairly decent. It 4 1/4" to the top of the handle on the lid, 4 1/2" across the brass edge opening & is 5 3/4" across side to side. Also, how would you describe the painted design?

It is not jumping out to me as Kralik, but I havent seen it all LOL. I'll do some poking around and see if I can find out for sure.

 

Enamelled fuchsia heads.

 

I checked out a few of the sites I have for Kralik, and didn't come across this as a known Kralik shape.
