Featured Kutani vase

    Off on my travels again and in York for a few days. Slow start today but it seems to have picked up on the outskirts of town. My favourite purchase of the day is this small kutani vase. It's about 150mm tall. I quite often turn my nose up at kutani nowadays as there seems to be so much of it knocking about. This vase is charming though. Love the little people on it.

    I'd've picked it up, too. Painting of good quality and different from the run-of-mill pieces.
