Could you help me identify if it's a painting or a print?

I'm thinking it's a print, however, I have no knowledge in identifying paintings.
The painting was bought from a lady on a car boot sale in London.
She was the owner of it.
She said it was hanging in her living room for ages and she wanted to get rid of it.

Do you know how much it can be?

    Thanks,
    Hanna

It appears to be a print titled 'Nude Bathers." Copies to be found on the internet but no information on artist. His name is given as both Belleugi and Belleusi which could be part of confusion. Could/would you post a photograph of the back?

Certainly the same subject matter. But not a copy, no.

big problem is that the origin is not known. where it was bought originally. what age the lady had ? where did she come from etc.
for me it's a typical 1900s to 1930s subject, when FKK, nudism, Lebensreform etc. were en vogue.
tragically some of its propagators ended in the "völkisch" camp and became Nazis.
another problem is that he was of Jewish stock and - as usual - nobody respects the copyrights.

The frame is lovely, isn't it? It very well could have more value than the print. A photograph of the back would be helpful.

Agree re dates although, as the women don't have cropped hair, it's going to be earlier in the period.
