Ladies Head Figurine or Paperweight? Anyone know the maker?

    Hello everyone! Trying to figure out what I've got here. It measures about 4 3/4" tall. The head feels heavier than you would expect so I suspect it's full of sand. Does anyone recognize it? Any help much appreciated.

    Cute and scary at the same time. Don't recall anything close. I will definitley check back for better answers.

    I know what you mean, though.

    I'll agree, but maybe also go back a few more decades or even forward one.
