I know right!? I paid 3.00 and it was on the top shelf kind of in the back. I was stoked to find it! I cant believe it didnt have any cracks or chips because usually when i find glassware i usually see some chips or knicks out of it but was happy to see this was in great condition!

    Hi,
The last piece of Lalique I found was a tiny perfume bottle missing the lid. I paid a dime for it just as a joke. Had it for a year or so and was told it was rare and valuable, yeah right. I put it on eBay for 9.99 the next morning it was up to 800 dollars!!!! Final bid was 1035 dollars. I almost fainted, a 3" high bottle with no lid!!!!!! It went back to France. It seems it was only made for one year back in 1935.

    Hi Kiko,
Found out later the top was just a white glass dome button shape. The lady who bought it was so excited.
    Who knew????

Some perfume bottle collectors, especially commercial bottle collectors, are not afraid to open their pocketbooks very wide for something they want. I kind of knew this, but it was really confirmed last May at the auction during the IPBA annual convention. My mouth was hanging open multiple times while it was going on that night.
