    I "think" it might be Italian if its glass . 1960s-70s.

    Is this another test? No size, no cord, no materials mentioned? Maybe you want to know if I think it is a vase turned upside down? I don't think so because the base would not sit on a flat surface.
    I agree with johnny, if it is glass it is probably Italian. MCMish.

    It’s by Benjamin Hoph, called Drop. From 2000s, not Italy and 60s...

    Sorry for missing the height in your text, I was saying those things half in jest. It is rather deceiving, however, not knowing it was plastic, and to be considered a lamp with no wires, etc. and it was upside down...however, I really like it now that I see it as it should be.
